Part 2 TDGI VOD: On the Video on Demand (VOD) Front, another exciting part about that imho....is that it won't just be Google and Youtube that will offer TDGI's Video's for downloading. They have deals with more than 12 other big VOD providers. Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Cox Communications, DISH Network, AT&T, Verizon, Amazon.com and Netflix are most likely several of them along with Blockbuster and Hollywood Video imho.

From their filing:
Target-Hannover consummated an agreement in December for the delivery of the Company’s film and video library and new release titles via a soon-to-be-launched Video-On-Demand venture with one of the world’s largest and most recognized companies (details for which are still subject to non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements). Target-Hannover feels that this new agreement – and other agreements with Fortune 100 ranked companies – will collectively provide broader and more direct coverage of Company’s library to Video-On-Demand suppliers and will generate significant revenues for Target-Hannover in 2010 and the years beyond.

Target- Hannover hopes to announce the details of its V.O.D. relationships in the coming weeks, subject to the approval of these major venture partners.
Then came the Google/Youtube deal with TDGI via this PR

Target Division Hannover House Pacts With YouTube for Video Streaming-Feb 8, 2010
SPRINGDALE, AR, Feb 08, 2010 (Hannover House,(PINKSHEETS: TDGI) has entered into an agreement with Google to establish a video rental and video-on-demand channel for Hannover House movies through YouTube.

We read the news from Google and Youtube that they were hand picking a select few to be part of their Movie rental downloads.
Going forward, YouTube is inviting what it calls a "small group" of partners that will be able to apply the new rental model to videos they have hosted on the service. And similar to what YouTube did with paid video downloads around this same time last year, owners of these videos will be able to set their own pricing, as well as duration of how long that rental can be accessed.

This says they have deals with over 12 VOD providers and retailers. I think we will get a lot more news about these deals going forward.

Target and Hannover House Set for Direct Video-On-Demand Access
12/30/09-Hannover House, (Pinksheets:TDGI - has entered into direct access agreements with more than a dozen of the top U.S.A. based Video-On-Demand providers and retailers.

This part also talks about Cable Television Providers. Wondering if we get more major news of VOD deals with big Cable operators like Time Warner, etc.

The new structure will enable Hannover House to deliver new release movies and catalog titles on a direct basis through streaming technologies available over the internet and through cable television providers.

Here is a very likely list of Cable TV deals for VOD that TDGI could have deals with that will be PR'd very soon imho

The Hannover House 2008 release of "Hounddog," starring Dakota Fanning, was made available for Video-On-Demand through a variety of cable networks, V.O.D. suppliers and internet retailers. Key accounts included Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Cox Communications, DISH Network, AT&T, Verizon, Amazon.com and Netflix. Access to these accounts was through a third-party agency, which Hannover felt significantly reduced efficiency, profitability and cash flow timing. Hannover's new structure provides direct access to V.O.D. suppliers and is expected to improve placements, revenues and collections
