FNLH REVERSE MERGER DD-MUST READ!

First off, I'd like to say that some of this information might be already known to people who have done their DD, and some of it may not be. I think that the DD listed below might solidify the reverse merger rumors. As always, please do your own DD.

Robert (Bob) Petry is the President of Fineline Holdings (FNLH). I decided to do a LinkedIn.com search for a Robert Petry out of Ohio to see if he was listed, but he was not. I did find a Bob Petry of Ohio so I decided to check his page out just in case. If you didn't know (I didn't), Bob is a nickname for Robert. The LinkedIn.com profile reveals that Bob Petry out of the Cleveland/Akron area is the Founder of PPS Inc. The company is listed on the site as a part of the Transportation/Trucking/Railroad industry.

A Google search of Bob Petry and Transportation/Trucking/Railroad revealed that PPS Inc. full name is Petry Power Systems and they do have a current website up. Robert Petry is listed as the CEO, along with the rest of his management team.

The registrant for the domain is a website designer that is operating out of Ohio.

Upon closer inspection of the website, a great deal of information is revealed about their current operations and future plans. The screenshot below is taken directly from the website regarding their mission statement:

According to the website, Petry Power Systems has developed THREE unique systems to address the need for 'greener' vehicles. The company states that there are no patents in existence for this type of technology, and they are currently taking steps to acquire patents for them.

As I'm sure all of you know, President Obama has been big on the 'green' initiative and has given out millions of dollars to help the US become more energy efficient and will continue to do so. I found a very interesting post from early 2009 which points to Petry Power Systems possibly receiving GOVERNMENT GRANTS to help fund their projects!

Now that you've got some background info on Petry Power Systems, let me show you why I think this will reverse merge in the near future.

THESE ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT CLUES THAT POINT TOWARDS FNLH REVERSE MERGING IN THE NEAR FUTURE-

Petry Power Systems is a company that is incorporated in Nevada and has private shareholders with a current A/S of 75 million. Robert Petry is listed as the sole officer of the company. The status is active and an annual list was filed in January 2010.

Fineline Holdings (fka Fineline Properties.Com) was incorporated in Delaware in 2005. Currently, pinksheets.com doesn't show a state of incorporation for FNLH and the business description is left blank. Hmmmm.....

Think that's interesting? Read on...

Taken directly from the website, Petry Power Systems says this about going public:

The last update on Petry Power Systems website dated October 2009 makes this statement concerning the prototypes that have to be completed before going public:

It's been almost five months since the update on the website. When you add those two statements together, it seems to refer to a reverse merger coming soon, and why not? Mr. Petry already owns both companies!! For even more proof, the website states that they want to become a public company overseas also. Fineline Holdings already trades on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under ticker symbol FLD!

In closing, I think there are some very BIG things going on behind the scenes which we should find out about soon enough. I seriously doubt the increased volume over the past couple weeks was due to a pump and dump. This stock ran to .03 with ease, and should have no problem doing the same, especially if the reverse merger turns out to be true. I've got my shares, do you have yours?
