I just got off the Phone with Joseph Ben-Tsur, he was very paranoid of the SEC regulations and wouldn't give me any specifics, all he would say is he is working on getting an update to the investment community and that the Company is doing business as usual.

ALL OTHER BS IS JUST THAT, BS.........
