CLYW has a "satellite patent" that extends the value to include this... and "this" is getting ready to happen. You know those commercials that show AT&T coverage vs. Verizon's ? Do one deal between AT&T and TSTR, and the AT&T map suddenly swallows Verizon's... and the cellular/data switching element in the patents still works even when the Wifi antennae is out there in space...
The rest are harder to keep track of, now, with new ones popping up all the time. I don't know that anyone has a proper bead on it now, given you'd not know of future infringers on the cusp until they announce publicly...
Clearly an issue, too, I think, in the recent changes happening re the Verizon deal with Skype...
