Ira Frohman took over PFMS in December as well, and the shareholder value has increased immensely. It will obviously take a little longer to do the same with PHMB, but looks like we might be on our way as well. I have cancelled my sell order and will add more shares next week. Go Ira!!

PharmaCom Biovet Inc. announced that effective November 12, 2009, Ira Frohman was added as Director, President, Secretary and Treasurer. The company also accepted the resignations of Gary and Sharon Berthold effective on that date. The company has no current disagreements with any prior management and the board.
