Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I was actually talking to the geophysicist who did the 3 model interpretation for the “Rusty Ridge” he is at present in “great Slave Lake”(Got him on his satellite phone) Northern Alberta. He won’t be back in Vancouver until the 19th of this month but said that he’s never done that kind of thing before and wouldn’t feel comfortable this time around. We’ll keep working at this kind of idea when we get a chance but we are so busy for the next little while that we just don’t have the time.

What is this all about. First time I’ve heard or seen these type of statements. Also, who is this NITE? If someone is making false accusations against “Kat” that will have a negative impact on it’ stock or company itself, we’d like to know in order to pursue criminal charges as these statements are unfounded and absolute lies.

Hi guys, dunno if you remember ... have posted it here several times ... my US-broker InteractiveBrokers (IB) doesn´t allow to trade this stock since several weeks (at least) ... just got a reply to my inquiry:

"As you suggested, KATX is in "closing only" mode. We must have a risk manager review this stock to ensure that we can continue to allow trading in this security.
Please allow us to update you this afternoon (US time).
IB Help Desk"

... and my German broker who is connected with IB explained this issue more detailed as following (hope my translation is comprehensible, LOL): There´s a warning from NITE that there´s the "reasonable suspicion of manipulations" which could lead to "claims for damages" if confirmed.

KATX seemingly is tradeable at all other brokers, isn´t it, guys???

Ken I have also been trying to understand what a VSM is and how it’s related to Gold and World Class gold deposits……As I doing some of this research I discovered why you have staked your intire savings/2nd morgae on your House/ and decided do no less than “Partner with” and not just “Sell” the Handcamp property. ? ….I get it now!.... Felsic-V-Malfic I know a bit more today than I did yesterday ! At least I think I do so put on you thinking has with me and follow along. OK so we know this hot stuff comes from out of the ground. That’s the Lava part this really really hot stuff works it's way up it travels past all kinds of minerals! and when it does it melts them and the minerals can hitch a ride for free! now as it gets closer to the surface of the Earth or ocean. now as it gets closer and closer going up and up some times the Freeway is colsed and the lava with different minerals mixed in "hitch hikers” travel to the Highway "Vent" and sometimes the Highway gets closed so the hot stuff split up and go a viraity of diffren routes and in Newfond land their were Fourty of them "but they didn't call it Newfy land back then it was a super long time ago" well as I was saying this Hot fluid that is on its way up some times came up at the time and place when the earth crust "Contents" were pushing and shoving agenst each other. sometimes one plate would travel over another "like a Honda CRX going under a 18 Wheeler!" when this occurred close to the serfic once in a Blue Moon the Hot Hot lava in one of the tiny side Streets traveled past a Parking lot full of Gold Crx's and like a 18 Wheeler Car Hauler it loaded up all the Gold it could carry it to the surface! And then while at it "and this is what happend with The Handcamp property" the lava/gold went past another Parking lot with Silver Accords and decided to have all them come up for the one way ride. with the Lava!............. the end. Those who sold their Kat shares wont like this "TRUE" stor but those who kept their sares will!" Gold-Silver and Intrusions
The behavior of gold and silver in VMS deposits is intriguing. Gold grades have no significant
differences among deposits with reported gold grades in the three subtypes of VMS deposits (table 2).
Out of the 866 deposits with grades and tonnages, 59 percent of them had reported gold grades. In the
three VMS subtypes, average gold grades range up to 34 g/t (Dairy Farm, California) in Felsic deposits,
up to 7.9 g/t (Barrett, Maine) in Bimodal-Mafic deposits, and up to 11 g/t (Skouriotissa, Cyprus) in
Mafic deposits. This translates to 4,429 tonnes of gold content in the Felsic deposits, 3,646 tonnes in the
Bimodal-Mafic deposits, and 481 tonnes in the Mafic deposits, thus demonstrating the importance of
gold in the three VMS subtypes. Yet, it is not clear why half of the VMS deposits lack gold.
Some investigations of gold-rich VMS deposits have associated the presence of gold with
igneous intrusions (Dube and others, 2007; Hannington and others, 1999; Huston, 2000; Vikentfev and
others, 2006), although the source of the gold is uncertain.

It's all Greek to me ...That’s what I said to myself when I initially started to read the Canadian Gov. Websites about gold.. But If you take the time to go to the USGS websites they seem to take the steps and break them down in to terms you can get a feeling for or a grasp of "for "3" straight nights I made strong coffee till I got it" the Goobleygookerkekrkr you read on the Canadian sites ..Not trying to put the Canadain gov. sites down but theirs are geared for the Pros. The terms to look for are VSM and then the three types of Vsm'sand then learn witch is best for Gold Felsic and then look around at other Felsicproperties and compare their Gold sampelings to that of Hand Camp about that time your EYES start to light up like a real Gold Bug OO if your like me and alwayse trusted [color=red]Fiat currencies "Dollars backed by nothing other than trust" well I better stop their... anyhoo it is a little like investigation and History and current events that brought me here and the more I investigated and researched and knew about the "HUGE POSSABILITYS" of just this one little property "and became a good friend of the CEO Ken Stead" the more of a Katiolic I became. truth is I cant find one /Felsic property in History that had huge Surface and chip samples that did not end up being like that "All the way through and down under" now if you do you dd and come across one let me know!!! ok but until you do I will sleep well knowing that the USGS thinks that Kat is the best property for gold and silver in Newfoundland Canada "out of fourty propertys" "top sticky post ^^".......Bob [e-mail]

Thanks! ..At first reading the Geo goobleygook from the US and Can. Gov. websites was just going over my head. Then I found a great place located inside the US USGS site that did a good job of explaining what VSM ment and what Felsic ment and Hanging walls, and so on. but the more you know about "especially Hand Camp and the "REAL" possibality that it could not be on the top 10 list of Profitable Mines in Canada but could very well not only be at top Top of the list! You start to understand 1. Why Ken will only "Partner with" and not sell it. "he has turned down offers" and 2 Why he has staked his entire life savings including his home on Hand Camp. ..I feel the simple fact is those who have no idea why this stock goes up of the wisper of News to come plainly have not read or understood the real possibality that this single property could start a real Gold rush in Newfoundland. PS: I have had long conversations with Ken "You have no ideaq how excited he is" ...and hearing him explain the contintents drifting apart coming together Billions of years ago and plates sliding over one another and speek of Super heated Lava working it's way up melting minnerals along the way, then retreating with ocean water gushing in and some of the lava melts silver deposits along the way and some do not. but as he explained to me the perfect storm of super hot lava melting very large deposits of gold and silver and as the lava that is Super rich in thiese deposits basically found their way to the surface and poping a pimple and oozing out in one area in what is now Newfoundland and we refere to it as Hand Camp But I think it should be called Gold Squirt!

Gee I wonder where Investor 911 got that ?? :) Just an Idea but could someone who has the ability to at least add the USGS "LINK" if not the whole previously posted article about the USGS site that used to be up on the Sticky? I know it is a comforting thought to the Hords of new Kat lovers that can look around the USGS site and compaire the Hand Camp property to all the other VSM Felsic HIGH GOLD AND SILVER propertys in the Newfoundland area!! ...... From my early research and understanding “and you all know how good I am at that” Kat took over late may 2009… prior to that western transition “who kat bought” did a reverse split “which caused a dramatic rise in that Companies value “Not Kat” to clean up the issues outstanding “just prior to Kat taking over that Company" …but then when when Kat came out at a value of .20 cents per unfortunately a unfriendly group came in to position of a fairly large portion of shares. Unfortunately they plundered the stock below a penny forcing Kat to resort to the 504 in order to raise money back then of witch all 504’s have now been completely retired and no need for additional 504’s are headed Kats way!….only utilizing less than half of aloud proceed sales! And what we can see of late…. The Kat team have take control,The helm of our ship is stearing Kat toward a very bright future indeed, and they know what they’re doing, they are working hard for their investors. Yea I got 125k right now, I got a GTC order fo ranother 25K placed at .017 and hopefully we will get back their so that will fill :) I think we will get their before the end of the year though, just because there will be low volume in the next 2 weeks. But then again, this is trading very strong right now at the current levels.

I will be buying more shares at some point in the next 2 weeks, I would love to get my total up to 200k. My original forcast was for 1 dollar by spring, but if good news hits anytime soon, it could shoot up close to that alot sooner :)

What every investor should know CATx!

I am writing this post as a completely non-bias review of KAT Exploration. It is my intention to give a complete overview of CATx in a large, easy to understand and offer comprehensive thread. The purpose of this is to CATx long-term investors and new investors alike can find a single place to quality information on CATx. In this contribution I will compile all the known facts about this company, as well as some of the current opinions and theories about CATx and its future. I want to make it clear when I talk views are not trying to confuse anyone. This is not intended, a complete history of the CATx only a complete overview of where the company can now be found and what it has done in the recent past.

Disclosure at the time of writing this, I am writing currently invested in equities and hold CATx.


A brief summary of the CATx, for a complete background CATx please go to the I-Box page here at the top of the message board there.

KAT Exploration Inc.
is an exploration company based in Mount Pearl Newfoundland and was in the 02 December 2005 added. The company has a variety of mineral properties, consisting of gold, copper and silver.

Key Company Information

CATx is a mining exploration company currently wholly owned by the 5-property in Newfoundland, and owns the rights to a 6th Property and contract in its entirety, from obtaining one, too.

Of these 6, the two most important and promising artists in the short term her hand high-grade gold camp property and its Rusty Ridge high-grade copper property.

CATx is run by CEO Ken Stead and his brother Timothy Stead. Both brothers own a majority stake in the company eliminating the possibility of a hostile takeover from a 3rd party.

CATx currently has 289 million shares outstanding. This has a solid number, and has a very limited view of the nature of the enterprise CATx. The CEO has not issued shares for more than 6 months and has no plans to do so in the future.

At the moment, the company's focus for 2010 on their high quality hand camp gold property. They are only weeks before the announcement of possible funding for test drilling on this property and perhaps even the announcement of a joint venture to work with a mining company to begin as planned on mining, once the drilling is completed.

Ken Stead

Mr. Stead is one of the founders of Kat Exploration Inc., and served as president since the founding of the company in December 2005. Mr. Stead worked directly in the mining industry from the beginning to the end of the 70s where he first began with the Iron Ore Company of Canada and worked for Noranda at their Nanasivik mine Stratacona Sound, north of Baffin Island. In the early '80s Mr. Stead worked in the oil fields in Alberta, then back to Newfoundland, where he began his own construction firm 1985 to 1995. In 1997, Mr. Stead was co-founder of Cornerstone Resources Inc., a junior mining company is now on the TSX-V (CGP), until his retirement in 2004. In the past nine years, Mr. Stead active in a Sedimentary-hosted stratiform copper environment and will make it one of the priorities of the company.

Ken Stead is one of the most open and honest CEOs out there. He has it their mission to preserve and increase shareholder value shares. He has put his money where his mouth is, by his own personal funds for projects for the company, instead of diluting the common shares, which would be very few CEOs willing to do fund to. He responded to telephone calls and emails very quickly and has all the questions he answered legally allowed to be answered. He is a very straight shooter does not hold and none of the investors.


Hand Camp Gold Property

This is the flagship property CATx and priorities for the year 2010 and beyond. The "Hand Camp" is located about 33 km north of Badger, Newfoundland, and 10 km northeast of the old abandoned "Gullbridge" copper mine. Abandoned logging roads through the process and allows for excellent accessibility and mobility of heavy equipment.

What makes this property so special is not the fact that there is a gold property, but the type of property that it is gold. Hand Camp is a very special and unique type of gold deposit as a volcanogenic massive sulphide known "(VMS) deposit. Making this feature even special is the fact that this is not just any type of VMS deposit, but it is a "Felsic VMS deposit. Worldwide there are only about 800 of these VMS deposits. They are known for their high tonnage, high-grade gold deposits. VMS Of these, the best quality, highest gold production are the "Felsic" VMS deposits. Right now, the 40 VMS deposits in Newfoundland, CATx's Hand Camp site rated the highest grade, with 13.4 rating. It is the highest grade gold VMS website in all of Newfoundland, according to the USGS.

Hand camp special and rare kind of already validated and supported by a number of surface rock and soil samples that were processed in a laboratory. The rock samples have been explored in areas with large numbers of samples, which are very significant mineral content, with some data collected gold as high as 158g / t Au, 94 g / t Au, 82g / t Au, together with outstanding Zn, Cu, Ag Facts .

Not only are these golden figures are much higher than any of the surrounding mines of other companies are, these numbers are only from the surface rocks. Felsic VMS deposits are not the type of contribution that most have their gold in the surface layers, but most of the gold deposits deeper in the soil. To these layers of gold in only the surface would find rocks, imply that much more should be in deeper deposits.



How to Camp works hand in comparison to other nearby sites?

Here's a good comparison is like CATx's Hand Camp property stacks against a similar mining companies. Anaconda Mining is on its way from hand to the Mining Camp and currently is its Pine Cove gold property and has already gone gold on the market from their location.

Anaconda has submitted a technical report under NI 43-101 completed on the Pine Cove site and has been actively mining in the last 2 years.


Here are the results of the examination of Anaconda drill 43-101 report on the Pine Cove gold property.

And now here is hand camp results only from the surface samples.

As you can see, it's to show his hand CATx Camp property far more gold on the surface than what he gets rock Anaconda actual mining. This is one reason why people are so upset over CATx. We still need to get back the test results from a test well to confirm exactly what though in the soil.



What is light for hand camp CATx

Here's what we know now. Ken has been working on seeking funding for the drilling program for some time. He announced last week (), the 5th January that it will release more of the hand sample to the public, and camp to update us on the status of funding. He gave a date for the announcement of only a few weeks, so they are now expected at any time.

Right now must CATx financing for a drilling program. Then only the drilling must be done and a NI 43-101 report, and partner with a mining company with mining in the Gold version. That's it.

Ken is also on the lookout for a possible joint venture with a mining company to do not only drilling but also in the mining industry, have been completed when all the exploratory drilling. His ideal for this plan was to first sign a joint venture to begin, then the test drilling. The fact that he is about to inform us about the state of financing update leaves many people here believe that it has acquired at least one type of financing, and that it is very possible they may already have signed a joint venture, as well. These are just rumors now, but they really are.
When they have acquired to update us on the status of funding in a few weeks if it would some sort of funding for exploratory drilling as HUGE news for the company. That would mean they now have the capital would end until the last step prior to mining.

When the funding came about because of a joint venture with an established mining company, then it would be even bigger news for the company.

If they are already funded in force, they could begin drilling shortly and we have results back on a NI 43-101 report once they spring. If the report confirms what you have shown the surface samples, then CATx are suddenly worth a lot of money and a very valuable company.

Estimation of the Price --
Now it's time to try and do everything is to figure out perspective and what is CATx, and will be worth in the near future. I will do this by a few different angles to give a broader perspective on them.

Mining exploration companies are that they dilute their shares to pay their bills notorious. Even those who have with great chances of success in general outstanding share options is well over 500 million euros. This is not the case CATx and CEO has an excellent job, do not dilute common shares.

Here are the figures for CATx Date: December 2009:

These are very low numbers for a mining exploration company. I would compare it to a very similar mining exploration called U.S. Gold (UXG). This company is almost identical to CATx in shares, the size and development. They are not yet in mining have provided drilling and finished 43-101s, there is something CATx far away. At the moment the only real difference is that they have completed their drilling and published their results.

UXG currently employs approximately 106 million outstanding shares (OS).

A little more than a year ago they were, where CATx is just now being informed about the results back from their drilling. At that time they were trading at around, 30 per share. When these results suggest, she went in a few weeks from .30 to $ 1.20. A few months after that they trade at $ 3 per share. That was all that they are entitled to get back their test drilling results and publication of the 43-101 technical report on the results. That's what started the ball rolling thing.

Here's what UXGs report says their property.

Again, a company that ountstanding almost the same number of shares as is CATx has, and has just completed the drilling, and they act, at $ 3 per share with a height of up to $ 3.50 after inclusion of, 30, a few months before. Again, it is important to note that CATx the samples are only surface samples. There is a good chance it might even greater quantities of gold, the deeper they drill.

But this is not anything that has to offer CATx. As already mentioned, is their primary focus for 2010 is to hand camp. But they have 2 other very promising properties as well.

CATx Twi-Lite High Quality Gold Property

This property could actually be even bigger and better than hand camp. At the moment the first results have shown from there, even higher than manual surface gold camp.

CATx High Grade Copper Property Rusty Ridge

Random magnetic induced polarization (IP) resistivity and geochemical anomalies, potentially, a body of iron oxide + / - Base, Precious and Rare Earth mineralization similar in style and setting to the giant Olympic Dam deposit in Australia

Olympic Dam and related deposits all occur within continental rift sequence of rocks next to the large structures. The Rusty Ridge is located in an environment embedded in continental extensional peralkaline rocks near a regional geological structure is located. The presence of a large magnetic body (Kat can be found on its website) that appears in the overlying rock sequences that regional changes appear to be intrusive, are variable and include fever vein-type fluorite mineralization and for a magnetic origin for the mineralization pointed out

A completed 3-D inversion modeling of the air magnetic data can be accessed on the Site (Kat) show a discrete magnetic, strong anomaly underlying Rusty Ridge. Coincidentally with this are moderate to strong IP chargeability anomalies that suggest a significant concentration of sulphides. These large anomalies have been identified as future drilling targets that Kat would wish me to test, in mid-2010


So you have to have 2 CATx extremely promising and rare high-grade gold property, which until now have shown a much higher proportion of gold mining companies as one of the surrounding sites and much higher than comparable mining exploration company, currently trading at around 3 U.S. dollars per share. Also of note, the last time CATx had major news agencies, the stock went from .20 to $ 2 pps in 3 days. Back in November, when the last piece of big news hit, the stock was over 700% in a week. Since these CATx again only about 50% of the profits it is given, before returning to its own power. CATx can clearly on good news, as it should, and it seems more good news will follow shortly.


What is worth CATx

With the anticipated news of the funding for exploratory drilling looked like it might come in a few weeks this could be the last chance to get CATx at these levels. If CATx would not release announcing indead if the financing to shoot in a few weeks if it is to update their status, then certainly this thing up. What is a hard to guess now. When they announced that they have signed a joint venture, and that is how they finance, it would be even bigger and lead CATx purchased shoot much higher.

By this news alone could go up CATx, 10 -, 50, if not higher. The biggest news is, whenever they get their first results back from the drilling, which was so early in the spring. If the results CONFRIM, which have shown the surface samples, then your view of a company that is able to shoot the up to $ 3 pretty quickly to $ 5. If you look at the longer term, and this factor, they have a very promising copper property, and another extremely promising gold property that could lead to even more gold in the earth as a hand camp could CATx very realistic down to the $ 5 $ 10 range a year or longer.

These are all rough estimates, of course, now that the company has done in the past and what others have done similar companies and is based. No one knows exactly what this will do, but the chances of this are definitely a good way up there. There are currently very CATx at its current price is undervalued, and it is also cheap enough to consider it a very attractive stock for short-and long-term profits.

Summary of things to look for in 2010 CATx

1. Any day now CATx is expected that more lab results, it is free of high quality Gold Property Hand camp.

2. Within weeks, the update will CATx us on the status of funding. (it is expected that it is the finance now but that's only a rumor)

3. CATx announced in a joint venture with a mining company. (this could actually finance the upgrade coming in a few weeks or it could come at announced times) after this update

4. CATx aware that they have begun exploratory drilling on hand camp. (depending on the play, like the other things, they could come as early as Feb.)

5. CATx release a NI 43-101 technical report on the assessment of hand drilling camp. (which could as soon as spring)

6. CATx hand, there are mining camp started. (this could happen in the summer or early autumn)

7. CATx is available in a joint venture entered into partnership in order to do exploratory drilling on her Rusty Copper Ridge property. (This may happen sometime in mid-2010 or later)

NICE PROPERTY ! The Felsic VSM that is Hand Camp alone would compare to the pps of this property if the drill results provide provable numbers...Then start to add the value of the others in and you get nothing other than a huge smile that will just not go away...and if you have looked at the USGS estimate of Hand camp your confirmation level will turn it in to a big grin .....But why stop there the other stock only has one great property we have several to shake a stick at! Lucky is the new focus and that was not the case before.... VALE when mentioned to Ken Stead is a word that is greeted with a "I have no ability to confirm or deny anything you say about Vale... and then you zoom in to the Lucky property and can see for yourself it is surrounded like a wagon train being attacked by Indians! so when friends come visit your new mansion and ask where did all the $MONEY$ come from you can just point to Hand Camp......................................................................... and now I believe $LUCKY$ as well! this is what really sold me…………………………………………………………… I went to read the Canadian geo sites a few mo ago and I gotta tell you I did not speak that language at all! I crammed like a collage kid..I read over and over and over ...I would take two or three words at a time to try to get it. i would grab 3 words together and Google them ...And finally it hit me ...wheeeew Now I got it ...One of the conversations I had with Ken I said Ken I got it bla bla FELSIC and Bla Bla VSM!!! and so on and then he told the story so vividly about a kabillion years ago and the mantels of the earth sliding over one another and how the super heated hot lava finally worked its way to the surface and all the things that happen along the way and how it sometimes ends up felsic and sometimes it ends up Felsic Malfic "not quite as good" and how it sometimes it is Malfic "Blaa" and how Hand Camp and Twilight came to be one of the Rare events on the planet I remember he said "OMG Bob you would not have wanted to be there it was horrific and his visual tale was so vivid. And you could tell this guy really loves his Geo History....I love history as well but I did not think I would ever go back this far.....

This is expected to be the last change in capital structure to complete the portfolio of growth and ventures the company will be pursuing, barring any major joint ventures that may be pursued. I told Ken that there is public information that is out there confirming that Vale Inco has staked all around KATX claims. I also told Ken that I have some friends that live in your area that have personally confirmed this to be so. From what I was told by a very wise mining friend and from what I have researched, the world is going to run out of copper in about 30 years. The copper properties that belong to KATX are huge and I am sure that you and Vale Inco are aware of this.

I then specifically asked Ken… Are you in contact with Vale Inco concerning some type of Joint Venture (JV) agreement? Ken told me that he cannot answer that question. So I said are you telling me… NO? He said that I am not telling you NO. So I said are you telling me… YES? He said that I am not telling you yes and I am not telling you no. He then said please, I am simply telling you that I cannot answer that question.
From that conversation, I take it that some kind of communication has transpired between KATX and Vale Inco concerning a JV agreement. Ken would not confirm with me such as I would not have expected for him to do so. CEOCFO: Would you give us a little rundown on the projects you are working on now?

Mr. Stead: “Right now we are working on our Handcamp Gold Property which is a very high-grade gold property. When I say high-grade that is from 158 grams of gold per ton in some grab samples. Yet we did a channel sample of approx...30 feet with a little over 7 grams of gold across the exposed outcrop; this is right on the surface. With the Handcamp Gold Property right now, we are working out a drill program. We were hoping for late summer, but it may be early fall, which is a good time actually for us here; the weather won’t be so hot. That particular property had some work done on it and there is a lot of base metals tied in with the gold, so it is sort of a semi-massive sulphides and gold property. That property is just south of the new gold processing facility, which just opened this year by Anaconda Mining. That in itself is just south of what used to be the Nugget Pond Gold Mine, which is now being operated by Crew Gold and then there’s the Duck Pond Deposit, which is being mined as a massive sulphide deposit, and is a bit to the south also.

Our Handcamp Gold Property is very exciting and of great interest for us to move it forward. It is right in the mining district where there are operating gold mines. So it would be an easy property for us to either farm out or to probably sell outright if we do our own work and bring it to feasibility study to determine what the reserve is.


We have another property called “Rusty Ridge” and by means of an airborne survey and some ground geophysics it too is ready for drilling. There was an interpretation done by an independent geophysics company from Vancouver, on the other side of Canada, who likened many of the signatures that we are finding to that of the Olympic Dam in Australia. That is actually their words not ours. We have two deep targets, so the idea is to get down there and see what those targets are. While it is a costly operation, we will venture it ourselves but would hope to joint venture it with another company. The only thing is, with the Handcamp Gold Property a priority, we are not sure if we will get a drill on the Rusty Ridge this year. If we can find the time to promote it and get a major company to come and use their money, well that will really help. However, if not we will test that deposit ourselves. If it is what we hope it is, it would probably turn this area into a whole brand-new exploration play for major companies because these deposits are kind of rare in that they host nearly all the major minerals. They have base metals, gold, silver and uranium along with rare-earth minerals. If it turns out to be an economical deposit, one can imagine how other companies will take interest in the whole region looking for more of these deposits.

We are excited about that property, but it is a property that if the Handcamp Gold Property starts turning out what we think it might, because of gold prices today, we may just continue with that one and do the Rusty Ridge a little later. Other than that, we have several copper/silver combination properties, and lots more to go if we want to stake what we have been finding. For now, these properties we have in our portfolio, and will hopefully bring in another gold property, which we are now considering that also has great potential. As a new company just coming on, there is overhead, and a higher burn rate in adding more properties to our portfolio, so we will be cautious not to spread ourselves to thin. In response to this guys insinuating that we may be “Salting” our samples, is a very serious accusation. Some of our results from the Handcamp have been done by others outside our company.

There are sources here in governmental departments that could verify the truth of our finds as we have to file our discoveries and results with the DM&E.

His claims could be viewed as unfounded slander against a clean and honest company and authorities would not take kindly to such blatant careless choice of words.

It’s always healthy to be somewhat skeptical of anyone or anything that you are going to invest hard earned money in, and we welcome those feeling(I would have them myself) but claiming that we are conjuring up results that don’t exist can only be tolerated to a low degree.

I have read EDGAR ONLINE which shows KATX previously was Western Heritage whose president was Alex Zukous from 12-05 Nevada incorporation until name change on 6-8-09.
Also every source I have checked shows no employees, no income, no balance sheet,etc.
If Zukous was president until name change how can Stead have been president also?
To use nearby property results is disingenuous as there is no actual mining or drilling of any consequence. All I'm seeing is scraping some dirt and claiming surface samples are showing great results.
It is easy to "salt" a property with rocks and claim that the area is loaded with minerals. There was a famous scam a few years ago where that was done.
Looks like a typical Pink Sheet scammer in my opinion.

Kat was incorporated in 2005 and at a mining show in Vancouver that year an acquaintance put us in touch with Atlas Mining who we knew nothing about and being a private company we were supporting the company with personal funds which wasn't going to take us to far. A 1 year deal was struck with Atlas Mining for grubstaking Kat with an option to continue funding if so desired. However, after the 1 year was up Atlas decided not to fund Kat any longer. So that deal was finished and we had nothing to do with Atlas since. Yet a year or so later Atlas came in to some legal problem that we had no knowledge of and still don't.
This left us on our own for a few more years using our own funds once again and yes just scraping along and doing just enough on our properties to keep them in good standing without pay checks. I went 23 months before I got my first paycheck last time around. We continued to keep discovering new areas and eventually came up with enough money stake new properties and now it seems to have paid off and hopefully we'll be good from here on in.

Want to get "LUCKY?" .....I read that... I do not know if I could get more "LUCKY"...........Is it just me but are some other early on Kat lovers out there having a hard time wrapping their mind around the idea of getting this ...LUCKY ? ...what an appropriate name for the property that does just that!

Those who know their history will see the future! do not expect Normal from Kat!...next leg up will be very similar to the last three!! From November 12th to the 20th Kat stock rose 532.65% ....Then over the course of the next.... Nov 20th to December 30th some folks took some profit and the stock fell 35.71% ......then from Dec 30th to Jan. 14th Kat again rose 102.5 % ....Then from Jan 14 to the 21st Kat rose again 226% then Kat has had some profit taking :) which is understandable and retreated 6.40% and from Jan 15th to now it only retreated only a little and from Jan 25 to present it only retreated 20.93% ....so there is your stair step to 7th heaven it don’t get any better than that!....So to sum it all up Kat has had a natural progression to where it is now ...IT WENT UP FROM .005 TO TODAY'S PRICE!!!
