That press release this morning is what is known as a set up p/r. Tell the story why something is going to happen. Obvioulsy the added copper outcroppings on surface means that the property is a high value target, with Vale Inco doing the area play last Dec you know they want the whole piece.

So we can assume that Vale Inco will provide the money to develop the property and will probably be the operator as well. The question is what are the up front terms, yearly payouts and more important what are the smelter fees that will keep Kat in the catbird seat for the nexct 20 years.

I think I am going to retire with this stock.
