How do start up businesses raise capital to operate and meet their objectives? Well you could always get a loan from a bank, but in order for that to happen the lender must approve your business plan and buy off in its profitability. Last I checked banks were not much into the risk business after last years session of eating risk via mortgage. You could go IPO, but once again it requires a big bank sponsoring you and selling shares on you behalf, but they must also believe that the degree of success warrants the risk. But many big lenders got out of that business back in 2000, you know that little thing called the internet bubble.

So you start as a penny start up, you sell shares to raise capital to fund your operations and to proceed with your plan. Building an investor base ensures stability, being low key as a start up is not the best way to achieve results in a short time. Unless of course you got an endless supply of capital from other sources. So at some point you must sell stocks to get the capital needed to fund each objective. Where is BEHL at in this phase of selling? This is the last push, funding has been used to buy the parts needed to start production. BEHL is entering production phase so it goes without saying the last bit of AS is being used I am sure to fund the final objective of production.

Does 5K really get BEHL anything? Remains to be seen, you could speculate news in the immediate future. Building awareness for your stock is not a new concept, even big board business do the same, you just call it advertising for their product, but at the same time they are advertising for investors also. I mean why would they need to include a tab for investors on their websites if they were not trying to sell shares too? The investor tab is a main stay of today’s main attraction for advertising the WEBPAGE. They include great information like the ticker symbol, the current stock price, the companies current 10K, annual reports, all right there at the fingertips of current investors…. And oh those new investors too…. Weird how that works..

When becoming a big board stock you get advertisement for your stock, it comes in many forms including chatter amongst many media channels, maybe even a spotlight on CNBC in a quick segment. It is all paid for advertising to sell stock. To sit and draw a conclusion that one form of advertising is morally better than another is plain foolish. They all have the same cause and effect, none is anymore eloquent than the other because of their trading tier.
