I would say that disingenuous would be somebody saying that 2008's financial statements were audited when they clearly weren't.

I would find it disingenuous for somebody to claim to be an expert at reading level 2 yet has DCA'd this thing the whole way down and has done that with several stocks.

I would find it disingenuous that somebody would say they don't watch the webcam daily yet make comments about watching the webcam every day this week.

I would find it disingenuous that somebody who has zero proof about a conspiracy being against EXPH yet rails about it every single day and then has the nerve to stand on their soapbox and cry that somebody else is committing libel.

I would find it disingenuous that somebody would say they don't rely on message boards for DD yet links to message board posts from people that were at the shareholders meeting as if those posts provide some sort of DD.

We are all aware of what being disingenuous is around these parts.
