Very good DD and questions to the CEO. I never really had any doubts about what he was doing or planning to do, but I think he answered some much needed questions very well.
My only question is how does the O/S go from 289 million in dec to 463,211,664 a month later. Now of course one needs to take in account the 50 million shares issued to the private investors. So technicaly we should have had around 339 million O/S after that. So we now have over 100 million new shares issued that are not accounted for..... This would concern me if it wasn't for one thing.
When I spoke with Ken last week I asked him if he had received any money yet from the investors. He told me that they have been very generous and that they have already received a portion of the money from them. So since they already had capital from their investors, then there would be no reason to dilute the common stock to pay bills. Also one needs to take into account the fact that they really didn't have all that many bills to begin with at this time.
So if we know he already had money and didn't need to sell over 100 million more shares to pay bills, what could these have possibly been for?
I think we now know why he didn't answer your question about Vale..... He's a month behind in the release of the PRs. Vale has staked cliams all around our property. And he can't even confrim or deny if he has even had contact with them? On top of that he has said time and time again the only change to the share structure would be shares given to a JV partner......
100 million shares are a lot... As you know, for only 50 million, we got 5 million in capital. So what would 100 million get us? I think the reason he couldn't talk about Vale is because hes in the process of entering into, or already has entered into a Joint Venture with them for our Lucky property. I think that is why we have the increase of 100 million shares. I think thats also why hes wanting to get all of this other news out first, then start releasing and catching up on the mining news. The biggest "mining news" that he mostlikely has is a JV agreement with Vale.
Obviously, if Ken had not had any contact at all with Vale, or even if they did make contact and just spoke with him about the property it self. There would be nothing illegal about Ken letting us know this. The fact that he would not and said he could not confrim or deny if he had even spoke with them leads me to believe that hes not only in talks with Vale, but they are at a much later stage than simply "talking" at this point.
Theres something else, BIG going on here. And lets consider something else. Vale bought those cliams back in Dec. We are in the middle of Jan right now. Ken has stated that he is a month behind on news.... That puts things that took place in Dec are going to be coming out in the next few weeks.
Heres what I think happened. So far everyone has thought that Vale liked what they saw in our Lucky site and decided to buy up the land around us because they liked the area. What if Vale didn't buy up the land around us just to see if they could find a site similar to Lucky, but instead, decided to buy the land around us AFTER they entered into a Joint Venture with us.
I think the reason they bought up all that land was a result of Vale talking with Ken back in Dec and having started the Joint Venture process with Vale then. If you remeber, there were STRONG rumors back in dec about KATX entering into a big JV with one or more mining companies. I don't think the timing of those rumors were a coincidence anymore. I think there was some truth to them now.
By them selfs, all the points and coincidences I have talked about don't really mean much. But when one adds all of this up, you get to see a BIG picture of what is going on, and not one or two, but ALL of the peaces fit.
Any way, thats obviously me just reading between the lines, but I think it's pretty clear Vale and KATX have not only just been talking, but have also been working on, or completed a JV.
