My questions and his response:

Unfortunately, today's PR has caught everyone off guard and many are VERY upset by the explosion in the OS. With that said, can you answer the following?

-What is the current float? Will that number change in the next 6 months?
-When can the restricted shares be sold?
-What is the conversion rate of Series A to Common for the remaining 15k of Series A?
-Do you plan on RS'ing the stock in the next 6 months?

HIS REPLY:
The authorized shares are 2,200,000,000
The issued and outstanding are 2,029,489,138
The restricted shares are 1,870,756,949
The float is 158,732,189

The restricted shares cannot be made free trading until the Company registers the stock with the SEC. All of the restricted shares are held by officers and employees of the Company. If the Company's stock were registered, then the sale of the restricted shares would be subject to the SEC rules on how many shares could be in a quarter.

Prior to the deadline to convert the Series A shares (12/31/2009) the shares were valued at $1.00 per share. After the deadline, the Company has the right to redeem these shares for $0.01 a share, or in this case for $150.00.

I cannot comment on any future plans for the stock.
