DD Compilation Post (PART 1)

RTWW [Riptide Worldwide, Inc.] THE PERFECT STORM

Please make sure you mark the board to check for updates
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=14042

Plays like this one come around once or twice a year, if that. People will trade OTCBB's for 5-10 years, and will not come across a gem like this. There are many factors at play here, that will cause RTWW to be one of those stocks that everyone will compare future runners with. "Looks like the start of an RTWW type of run!"....ect.

The run of any penny stock comes with the belief that the current price per share does not correspond with the companies potential value.

Right now it looks like we have many believers. Investors are buying shares so that the stock price is starting to reflect the underlying companies value.

What makes this different from other runs, is that these believers that have been buying up RTWW shares will start to change their attitude.

If you have watched the Movie "The Matrix" (one of my favorites), everyone believes NEO may be 'The One", but are still unsure. It is not until the end of the movie, when they finally figure out that NEO is "The ONE".

FOLKS - RTWW is THE ONE ~ those believers buying up shares on thursday and friday will finally realize what they are going to be a part of here. The Due Diligence i have assembled below is a fraction of the COMPELLING information available on this company.

RTWW is nowhere near reflecting it's true value. Hope you enjoy my DD, and happy trading!

I titled this DD compilation as the "perfect storm" : A "perfect storm" is an expression that describes an event where a rare combination of circumstances will aggravate a situation drastically

Key word there is RARE. There are quite a few key elements that will contribute to RTWW's continued PPS increase. If you glance over the DD on Riptide you would think you were looking at a NYSE stock, which is very rare find.

Small Share Structure: RTWW's got it
Huge Revenues: RTWW's Got it
Worldwide recognizable vendor partners: RTWW's Got it
Huge Insider Holdings: RTWW's Got it
Undiscovered Gem: RTWW IS IT!

Let me put it all into perspective for you:

First, just so you know what this company has been doing, take a look at our CEO and an article written on Riptide:

Mr. Loeffel was a co-founder of Riptide Software, Inc. and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer until its acquisition by Shea Development Corp. in 2008. Under his leadership, Riptide Software grew from a small software start-up into a leading provider of sophisticated software solutions with over $10 million in annual revenue. During Philip's tenure, Riptide was recognized as one of the 500 fastest growing companies in North America by Deloitte & Touche for three consecutive years. In 2002, Riptide was the fastest growing technology company in Florida with an impressive five year revenue growth rate of 6432%.

Can you say Way UNDERVALUED!

Share Structure

Currently RTWW has 63 million shares outstanding and is trading at .018. Take a look at a similar company trading on the NYSE, CRM(SalesForce.com). Its currently trading at $68.55 and has 124.9 million shares outstanding! Now tell me that is not a tight share structure. The TA was called on Thursday and the float is near 14 million!!!! We almost traded that between thursday and friday( http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=45483604&txt2find=ta )

Now with that share structure you are able to formulate the basic value of the company(Market Cap: Market capitalization represents the public consensus on the value of a company's equity)by multiplying the outstanding shares by the companies current share price.

RTWW .018 x 63 million = $1.1 million market cap
CRM $68.55 x 139.9 million = $8.56 billion market cap

RTWW did over $16 million in revenues in 2008(see pic below), CRM did over 1 billion in revenues. CRMs marketcap is 8xs revenue... RTWW's market cap is 1/16 of the revenue? WAY UNDERVALUED. RTWW should be trading at least at .288! ...

INSIDER HOLDINGS

Now i added up all the trades the past 2 years and RTWW was taken down from $1 to its low of .001 on only 29.7 million shares traded!!!

Now here is the best part, insiders as of 2008s 10ksb showed 61,848,308 held by insiders and institutions!!!! Now obviously some have been sold up to now, but with only 29 million shares traded in the last 2 years, there has to be a boatload of shares still tied up! Take a look for yourselves:

Thats more then 50% of the OS locked up by insider and institutions. If you had showed me that info i would have had no doubt it was a Big board stock! WAY UNDERVALUED

If you look at one of the insiders, you will see it's a hedge fund. And this HEDGE FUND owns 9.7% of the outstanding shares!!!

They call this hedge fund the Goldman Sachs of the Micro cap world! Sounds like a fund i would want to see on a microcap im in!

Great Read on the Hedgefund: http://www.finalternatives.com/node/2513

Quote from the Article:

"We like to view ourselves as the Goldman Sachs of the smaller-cap market "

Centrecourt prefers to find opportunities in the less-populated small-cap space, which the bigger hedge funds don’t focus on and where the pricing can be less efficient. “What I’ve found is that if a company needs under $20 million of capital, it usually cannot get the attention of a large hedge fund or a first-tier investment bank because it’s just not worth their while from a capital standpoint,” Smithline says. “We want to fund deals that aren’t shopped by first-tier investment bankers in an organized process in which we would be competing with other hedge funds and compressing the pricing of the deals.”

“We feel like we have a strategy that we’re doing a little differently from everybody on the Street. We like to view ourselves as the Goldman Sachs of the smaller-cap market because if you look at the backgrounds of the people at our fund, there’s really no other fund in the space in which the backgrounds of the individuals compare.”

On Nov 21st, 2008, The CEO lent the company $1,565,000 through a Convertible Subordinated Note. http://www.pinksheets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=6270144

Contracts and Revenues

Now what is a public company without a business and revenues, and RTWW sure doesn't disappoint. As per the last 10K they filed, RTWW did over $12 million in revenues over 9 months, and the contract revenue posted above shows they did at least $16 million in revenues for the full year

Show me a microcap stock trading at .018 with such a small float and O/S doing anywhere near this amount of revenues, and i will show you a stock that will run another 1000%+ :)

Skimming the surface for some verifiable contracts shows some nice deals RTWW has in the works. Some of these deals provide recurring yearly revenue, and some of these deals are with the biggest military contractors in the world(Northrop grumman, Raytheon..ect) as well as NASA!

Here is one for $200 million : http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=45575642
Here is another with $1 million recurring:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=45588570
And the DOOZY ~ Part of a $19 billion Contract!!!
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=45574858&txt2find=vehicle

Can you say WAY UNDERVALUED

Now here is something that really got me excited. The countless times i have seen pinksheet companies using Big Board companies name in PR's to entice buyers... Like Walmart and Home Depot. Well when have you seen a Pinksheet company in a NYSE's stock PR????

For me, Not until i started digging on RTWW!!! HUGE HERE IMHO. Take a look from a CRM(Salesforce.com) PR!!!

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=45575705&txt2find=crm

Now a good company is nothing without their business partners, and RTWW's list of partners is pretty amazing.

Disney, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, U.S. ARMY, Raytheon, Nasa...ect... HUGE HUGE HUGE

WAY UNDERVALUED

CHART

Like i said above, this stock has been taken down from $1 on 29 million shares(light volume). The past two trading sessions over 13 million shares traded hands. I really feel that the float is being dried up, and that we will really start to move come Tuesday, as there is really no resistances to be broken.

I am not a chartist and not a great prophet on picking where this stock may trade next week. But i would be we gap somewhere around .03-.04 and head higher into the end of the week.

Obviously any updates from the company would be a wildcard and all guesses would be off the table, as i think we would see .20+ come rather quickly. Below are the weekly and monthly charts. BLUE SKIES
