I just got off the phone with Aaron at Transfer Online...

He stated they don't normally give out the SS but he would be able to give me the A/S. He says that as of November of last year the A/S WAS IN FACT increased to 20 billion. He said that was filed in November of '09. I asked how many shares were restricted and he said he could not tell me that.

I asked where they were incorporated and he said DE. I asked him if he was aware that the FL SOS shows an incorporation date of Feb '09. He stated he was not aware of that but, would be looking into it.

And the hits just keep on comin'
