In order to access San Bernardino Main,
http://170.164.31.10/openaccess/CIVIL/
Note: Inside of the court case once again, all of the original defendants were dropped, leaving just
Aust. However, on the Master Calendar Gene's name as well as RCC Holdings is still showing.
Also, note that there is a countersuit. For months now, a motion to file a dismissal of the
stipulated judgement was to be ruled on. Once again, the matter has been extended.
Finally, I'm not a legal expert, therefore it is my opinion only from a layman's perspective.
We can have the argument/discussion again, but quite frankly I don't care who wins and loses.
