Mystiq, I'm going to plagiarize bluesky's rough numbers:

The slide presentation has the numbers for different scenarios concerning outstanding shares after the deal is closed ... I think it is safe to plan on a fully diluted share count of something like 17.5 million (12.5 million using treasury stock method for warrants ... if they actually use the cash to buy back shares) ... and a full year diluted EPS of .75 ($1.00 using treasury stock numbers) ... please keep in mind that the majority of shares are locked up for 48 months ...
