Regarding the current 504, it appears we've been chewing through the shares alot quicker than I initially assumed based on the following email forwarded from a trading friend. I just got back in with a starter position at .0007 and will add on any further dips or when it becomes clear the 504 is done. But I doubt once that confirmation comes, that anyone will be able to get shares at this price. Good luck and I'm keeping my shares tucked away for the reversal.

The following email was received:

All financings from any company that is done with equity is dilutive. We are no exception and neither is any large company. But yes, the $1,000,000 is has almost been reached but not quite yet. There are no plans on doing any reverse nor has any been spoken of. We hope to have the share price increase without any such actions

There is very little available on any further rounds. We do not anticipate any additional new rounds which could only start 4 months from now if the company did decide to proceed. Sorry could not say more
