Volume indicators
CMF shows pressure. 0 is zero + positive, - negative
Accumulation Distribution shows pressure, bottom is zero shows increasing and decreasing. Not +/-


momentum indicators
MFI over bought over sold; 0 to 100, 50 is zero
RSI over bought over sold; o to 100, 50 is zero

Your compairing apples & oranges

Check A/D with CMF and RSI with MFI

As for CMF support of up trend and down trend. Green should show support for up & red should show support for down. I wouldn't try to read anything out of a mix.
