Still a good chance all three of those won't ever happen.

But I am sure some conversations will be had to explain "exactly" why it is a good decision to not release them.

I was talking to an investor who happens to have 27 securities lawyers on retainer and has been through 1472 reverse mergers, uplists, and spinoffs. He told me that he thinks what JD is doing is pretty much criminal. He thought it was ridiculous to simply spin off a company in effort to give the appearance of more value.

He said to me, "Springroll, I have been around the block, and this thing stinks like Grandpa Frank's slippers."

He was of the feeling that it would have been wise for JD to simply file documentation of all of his shares as well as any other of the alleged 16 holders who now allegedly own over a billion shares and present the evidence to the SEC, if there was ever this alleged crazy conspiracy. He laughed at the PR trying to point the blame at message board "bashers". He has seen these "say anything" tactics before. He was reminded most of a pharmaceutical company where the CEO tried to get the same drug approved for numerous diseases and would say anything.

He was of the belief that a company that has an ungagged TA that gets gagged whenever there are major changes in share structure is very fishy. He thought that the 52 PR's released in 2009 for a company trending toward 1.6 million in sales was very excessive. He felt that the obvious misrepresentations made by the CEO were very snake oil salesman-like and extremely unethical. He wants to see the written consent to approve the divvy. He especially chuckled when I played the 100 million dollar game changer predictions for him from the CC. I could tell he snorted his coffee a bit. He couldn't believe that the CEO had the nerve to make such a prediction for such a poorly thought out cabinet design. He laughed and brought up some company that doesnt make any products we buy, just makes them more bestest or something like that, and said do you really think those guys couldnt think of such a cockamamie cabinet in their sleep if it had any merit? I simply tried to pretend I understood his vast knowledge about product development. He also told me he thought the Patent was probably worthless too and doubted it would amount to anything.

We started to discuss some of the older news regarding fake acquisitions and buyouts and revenues and he said "ok ok I've heard enough. I cant take it anymore, too much BS for one day."

I laughed and apologized.

ps. I may have used some creative liberty to illustrate my point.
