Okay found it,

All of this post is in my opinion only.

Do your own research, this is just my opinion...

The President and Secretary Treasurer, Stanley A. Hirschman...

His record sucks, after he comes to a company...

1. STXX

Mr. Stanley A. Hirschman is Director of South Texas Oil Company. He has been a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since November 2007 and serves on the Board’s Executive, Audit and Nominating committees.

Soon after he got there (Nov/07)...the stock price went south,

PPS
Nov/07...10.50
Today....0.44

2. IWPS

iWorld Projects Systems, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: IWPS) announced today that Stanley A. Hirschman of Plano, Texas, has been appointed as an independent director to the Company's Board of Directors, effective immediately.

PPS
Feb/05...0.16
Today...0.0003

3. OXMI

Feb 21, 2006
Mr. Hirschman's broad and deep contacts and knowledge of our business will benefit us immediately and in the future.

Today, "Symbol "OXMI" not found." some obscure listing on German exchanges

4. EENT

EENT Appoints Stan Hirschman as Independent Director to Board, May 12, 2005

PPS
May/05...0.08
Today...0.001

5. DSEN
Seems to be another he may be associated with

6. FGWC,

I owned this stock and watch it disappear to nothing in value after Stanley came on board as a director.

I sold for a loss...maybe there will be news, maybe there will be a pop in price...I don't know...anything around this guy Stanley seems to smell IMO...

All I know is I want to get as far away from any company this guy is part of...

All of the above in my opinion only, and all research should be verified for accuracy.

Good luck dude...
