I just got off the phone with Pam from the Nevada Secretary of States office. The information I am about to give was first posted here by brikk, my call today was just to verify his information.
Securus Renewable Energy Inc CIK #1116884 was indeed formerly OrderPro Logistics with the same CIK#. the name change is real, the CIK #'s are not a misprint or mistake. She was unable to say when this name change took place but by looking at the amendments it was either done on the 7th or 12th of this month. If you want to see what the amendments say you can order them from the SOS office.
