I'm sure you read many filings as many of us do and the word "may" is used quite often. So your opinion may be correct. But so far CNBR has performed quite well and currently has good track record, so when the word "may" is use in a 8K, it does carry some wieght.

I know its hard to be contra on the board as I find myself contra on many issues. I would hope in the future, through your DD, you would search for and bring to the board solid bullish and bearish discovery.
