SEC Investigation/ Class Action Lawsuit

That is what you should be concerned about ! Go to the Yahoo Finance group; SEC investigation has been requested, several investors have already filed a complaint about them with SEC, and class action lawsuit being pursued, for repeatedly defrauding investors.
Email the CEO at dpritt@navstarinc.com and tell him what you think of the repeated criminal dilution of the shares !
Share price will crash down to 5 cents from here.
