I just spoke with Robert again...
They had a debt holder that was paid off via the sale of 5M shares of stock. He assured me that this would be it for any type of dilution for quite some time.
I contacted the T/A and verified this. There are 69,864,074 shares outstanding so that leaves Approx 24M in the float.
From what I've witness from the trading is that these shares are absorbed into the market. Heck, I have a nice chunk of it. lol
Can't wait for the new year!!
