Not up to date on what Obamma is saying about what daytraders are going to have to pay. But do no this!

If you are trading Pink Sheet stocks. Take your profits when hype and volume allows you to. Follow the Pump and Dump crews and companies and trade it! Holding long on Pinks, If one feels that works most of the time. They wont survive in this market very long unless have Deep Pockets. JMO
