A normal loan is 5-7 working days but as you know each time the money goes through a set of hands at tis level at even overnight rates and the handeling company can suspend it for 7days it is 200+thousand dollars in their pocket.

I am telling you hahaha!!! You know as well as I. It's the game and we have both made a bundle doing it I am sure.

I can see this taking two weeks from booking the loan and actual money in the account. That being said there is ways to get a small amount to the intended legally much earlier as you also know.

I see this closing on or slightly before the New Year.

I will say again, Dean has satisfied all reguirements to disclose except maybe one. The last pr stated "mid december", pretty vague but he has to pr if the material event did not happen within 4 working days.

I figure no news is good news.
