In response to Matt's message on other board - trying to calm people down - I posted this: FYI - I was involved with Joyce and other setting up the initial formation of the beginnings of the EC (letter gathering, conf. calls w/law firm who will be representing us - please don't ask me - I will not reveal the name)

Here's some info:

Matt is absolutely right - I've spoken with Tal myself several times and she has always maintained that shareholders should not expect anything.

Joyce and Hans - both 1000% correct - both have always said - EC needed - Weil is not and will not be fighting for shareholders.

I'm not sure if it was Joyce (although I certainly hope so) that caused the UST to suddenly and urgently need to form EC immediately - but it certainly is not a bad thing.

How can an EC - brought on by the UST - with a good ahead to at least proceed by THJMW - be bad? Folks - this is the best news we've heard - we WILL be heard!

I do think something caused this to occur abruptly - don't know what. Maybe they are/were that close to a settlement - we have to wait and see.

Next week should be good - going into the New Year - even better.
