Folks, Some of you have been asking questions on the "30 days" after Ind is filed and what transpires? Tomorrow marks the 30 days since PR of IND. The FDA will let ACTC know one of the following. 1)ACTC is allowed to proceed 2)ACTC's IND is placed on clinical hold 3)Rejected/denied Any of the above represents a material event and ACTC has 4 business days to file the 8K Yes, it is possible the FDA has been asking non-hold questions recently but any questions represented in this link will be done through a clinical hold. http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cdrh/cfdocs/cfcfr/CFRSearch.cfm?fr=312.42 If the verdict is not already received by ACTC already, it isn't far off.
