Directly responsible for key subcontractors during development including all major aircraft avionics, sensors and weapons integration software and training and support systems including a Full Mission Flight Simulator, a Software Support Center, a Mission Preparation System, a Mission Debrief System, and a Part Task Trainer System. Also included marketing a qualified SH-2G(I) international version.

Also Chaired Aviation Research and Development Center Strategic Planning and Business Team; Served on Command Continuous Improvement Program; Led the establishment of the Army’s Flight Safety Parts Program; Served as the Command’s representative to the Lean Aircraft Initiative, FAA Requirements Harmonization, Tri-Service Non-Government Standards IPT, Joint Group on Systems Engineering, Lab Quality Improvement Program, National Performance Review Committee and represented the Command in industry/Army commercialization standards efforts with Boeing and Sikorsky. Had lead roles in requirements determination, development, qualification and fielding of all major Army aircraft systems – including Force Modernization UH-60, AH-64, CH-47, OH-58D models.
