TRADING TIP, IF INTERESTED : It is VERY EASY to "Stack" the ASK with "Supposed Sell Orders" which are small but are nevertheless represented on the ASK, BUT ONLY if you have accounts with enough different Brokers who are (AND THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)Market Makers in THE Stock in which you are Trading.

This "Trading Tactic" is used by Professional Traders to accumulate stocks at Lower Levels until their Orders are filled.

IN ORDER TO make Market Makers "Fall like Dominos" off the ASK, get your Broker to bid the WEAK Market Maker for stock when placing a BUY Order from the ASK.

P.S. THIS WILL NOT WORK IF USING INTERNET BASED TRADING.

Short Selling of a Stock (or the DJIA, S&P, Forex, Commodities, etc.) is a function of the Market, IT IS THE SAME as your (or anybody) else buying a Stock, etc.

BESIDES....these "functions of the Market" provide LIQUIDITY & PRICE VOLATILITY.........."Mother's Milk" to Traders!

NO TRADERS (OR TRADING) = NO VOLUME = NO PRICE VOLATILITY = NO INTEREST = NO PROFITS FOR YOU!

Let FFGO go like a "See Saw".......GREAT TRADING OPPORTUNITIES.

Sure, once they announce their deal, it will change in PPS, but the Market dynamics and fundementals WILL NOT CHANGE.

THIS STATEMENT BY FFGO WAS CLEARLY DRAFTED BY LAWYERS. This type of Statement in "Plain English" means that they are not going to comment any further until they conclude a deal or get taken over.

It would appear that that either of scenarios is now imminent, given the very obvious involvement of Lawyers, the filing of that huge Form 8-K, Legalese Statements, etc.

My guess is that a Statement with an 8-K filed one morning before the Market opens, and BOOM...........the Stock explodes.

IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT PETER BEZZANO IS NOT INTERESTED IN THE DAY TO DAY STOCK PRICE. NOT HIS JOB TO CARE THOUGH, he obviously knows where this is heading.

YEAH RIGHT - HUGE DUMPING : Where is all this "so called" dumping? I do not see it.

Why would anybody with large blocks of stock (Who are "Insiders") sell at this price? They HAVE TO KNOW the state of play regarding Asset Sales or Takeover and they (AS DO WE) know that it will not be below US$0.003 per share, as published.

Me thinks that the favorite here of "Lumb Bashing" clearly indicates that you do not know the Man, his strategies or his planning. He is a professional Trader, if he is intra day or week trading in the stock, he would even short it, short term...............

GUYS, IT SEEMS TO ME THAT YOU ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE HERE!

FACTS:-

JANICE is correct - FFGO has to bring its Filings with the SEC up to date.

FIRE LANE - you keep on about Authorized Share Structure, DO YOU ACTUALLY EXPECT US TO BELIEVE that Pete Bezzano, An Attorney, is about is authorize the issue of say 4 Trillion Shares of FFGO Stock?

MY TAKE : (1) Lumb controls this "vehicle". (2) He wants out because of it too small and a nuisance in his Portfolio (3) Lumb will give Stockholders "Top Dollar" because he wants a "clean slate" (4)His "Common Law Partner, Alan Santini was CEO, he will pay (OR DO) whatever it takes to protect him from his brief involvement with FFGO and (5) People like Stephen Lumb eventually become irritated enough to open their check books to make a problem go away.

RESULT : Stephen Lumb and FFGO Stockholders win, FFGO goes away, everybody is happy and THAT WILL BE THAT.

I have met the Man, know how he will react, this is a "No Brainer". BASHING ON about Stephen Lumb, the Authorized Stock, etc.....WILL NOT INFLUENCE HIM ONE BIT, he has VERY CLEARLY given the Lawyers, Transfer Agents, Spin Doctors, etc. a Blank Check and said "Make this go away", redeem Alan Santini's name and let this matter die. CHARGE ME WHAT YOU WANT, but make it happen.

THAT TRANSLATES INTO DOLLARS FOR ALL OF YOU.................

Guess that people like Stephen Lumb are different from the rest of us; and not just because of their wealth.

A WORD OF WARNING: I KNOW THIS GUY - Stephen Lumb is easily angered, attacks on either him or upon Alan Santini could result in a MAJOR BACKLASH from him. IN THAT CASE, his ever present High Priced Lawyers will SCREW US (LEGALLY) and his Spin Doctors will cover it up and do what they are paid to do.

I BET that his "Spin Doctors" are all over this, Lumb could not care...............but as for Alan Santini, Stephen Lumb will care...........AND PAY if necessary, but REMEMBER, he wins more by attacking and paying his Lawyers & Spin Doctors than Stockholders.

MORALE OF THE STORY : DO NOT ANGER THE MAN, he will react.

OK, HERE IS AN INTERESTING SCENARIO FOR YOU ALL : Let us say (I mean so say, let us Hope and Assume) that given Lumb's connections in Global Finance, he brings a "Whale" into FFGO Stock Trading. Not difficult for him at all, his Rolodex must be full of these type of Players, he is one himself).

Lumb cannot buy FFGO (FOR OBVIOUS REASONS), so he makes a call or two (without even disclosing any FFGO "Inside" facts to them, he just has to say "Could be an interesting play here, guys".

A "Whale" or two (or three) likes the "Punt" as explained by Lumb, then orders his Broker to buy say an amount US$500k of FFGO stock; an amount of cash which is less than nothing to these guys.

What happens to the Market Makers and to the FFGO PPS if that happens?????

Just a thought!

BEWARE : THESE GUYS KNOW HOW TO "ROCK THE BABY"...................For their Own Ends, of course!

Just do not get caught "Holding the Baby", these guys (If they come into FFGO) will play it; and big time.

Trade FFGO, do not get married to it.

TRADING, SELLING, BUYING, SHORTING, BASHING, PROMOTING, ETC = PRICE VOLATILITY + TRADING VOLUME = MAJOR MARKET INTEREST = BIG PROFITS FOR THOSE WHO TRADE IT (SHORT OR LONG).
