Hi guys, this has probably already been covered but there is something mentioned along the lines of a dillution in the non affiliated common stock for DJTC that will make it total no more than 5% of the company's worth after filing bankruptcy???? I am not sure if I got that right but wanted to know if that means the number of outstanding shares will literally be manipulated to reflect no more than 5% of the company's worth when it files? I get confused easily with the wording but wanted to know basically if the stock price will be "manipulated" when the filing occurrs as a part of the filing. I'd hate to buy into DJTC to find that when the filing occurrs we will get notes saying we are entitled to buy into the newly filed company and the shares we already own are only a right to buy that many shares at the newly set price per share or something like this.
