mr. mouse, you say you don't think he knows what he is doing?? I say bulony! bullcrap! he knows what he is doing, he has been doing this to investor for years in company after company after company. google james shipley sec and look at all company he screw investor with. he is selling stock at big discount and then lying to us. FILE COMPLAINT and do not let him do this to others. he is scoundral. he will get what he deserve big time.
