Many Behl employees (executives) own restriced shares of BEHL. Dale told me they cannot even begin selling their shares yet and if they sell their shares WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS OF OWNERSHIP IT CAN ONLY BE A MAXIMUM OF 1/2 OF 1 PERCENT.
The list of restricted shares outstanding as of Aug 31, 2008 (filed with Pink Sheets) showed 71,269,000....Those are all beyond the 12 month holding period now IMO.
