Oceanic Consulting (ran by convicted felon Richard Roon) is a promotion firm that hires people to post 24 hours a day and create buzz about certain stocks. These people unlawfully do not provide any disclosure in
their posts.

The problem: the companies dump massive amount of stock onto unsuspecting investors, causing the price to disintegrate. This has been done with:
