Some thoughts...
I actually read the 8K to be professional and well written (in the legal sense)...to me, the care and time put into that report speaks about the carefully planned moves that the company is placing...think about it...the current president, Mr. B. is a damn lawyer!... is he not? he is being very very careful to follow legal protocol!...but has stated the 'potential' for the buyout to the extent that is legally allowed(AT THIS TIME!!!:)...I personally appreciate the legalities being followed here,..and if there is a buyout around the corner, then the 'correct' actions are definately being undertaken to get this puppy rockin...Of course there are 'loop holes' in that 8K and 'certain parties' will be entitled to 'their share' of the mining sales...HOWEVER, this play has been DEAD for over a year and we have absolutely NOTHING without these guys...LOOK AT THE SISTER! NOTHING! NADDA! NO ROI whatsoever! The way I see it, 'IF' THE BUYOUT HAPPENS and the PPS moves, consider it a GIFT!...let them make their millions...I JUST WANT THIS TO MOVE TO .005 !!! Actually, From here (.0002), a move to anywhere would be awesome...A move to .005 would be incredible...to .01 would be outstanding! A move to a few pennies? never know...a move to double digit penny land or dollar land...LAUGHABLE(just not possible!)....BUT to a penny is certainly 'DOABLE' and will likely happen 'if' the BUYOUT gets ANNOUNCED and ON PAPER!!! Need anyone be reminded that the sister HGLC moved past 1 cent (from a fraction of a cent) within a few days (WITH 300 BILLION SHARES OUTSTANDING!!!Yikes!:) ...On the other hand, this one (FFGO)is perfectly wound up, and primed with 30BILLION shares outstanding (1/10th of what its sister had upon its run to a cent)and gold, not to mention is currently rocketing through the roof!:) If people think that this one cant run that high, then they really NEED to THINK TWICE!!!
HOWEVER, the ball is in management's court (as always) and they NEED TO EXECUTE if this is to make its KILLER RUN!! ..Lets see what happens....:)GLTA!
