Thomas Pharmaceuticals appoints Harold Halman as CEO ..On October 27, 2009, the Board of Directors authorized management to negotiate and enter into an Employment Agreement or Consulting Agreement with Mr. Harold Halman to fill the vacant position of President of the Company.
Mr. Halman has agreed to serve as Interim President until the Board of Directors formally accepts his assignment.
On November 16, 2009, Mr. Halman was also appointed to the position of President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

As indicated in the above .. Mark Meller has been replaced by Harold Halman as of Nov 16, 2009 and he is associated with Trey resources TRYIA , IVOT and possibly IVOI ... It appears that there is changes happening behind the scenes and it will obviously entail TPHM so I suspect news very soon regarding merger or similar...
