“I spoke with the CEO, Bill Walton, this morninig.

Here's the rundown:
- The company's operations were interrupted due to their ongoing lawsuit with Pace Compumetrics, Inc. over the past 2 years. The lawsuit was settled for a secret amount, and Bill said it was a reasonable amount the company is happy with.
- Company was downlisted to Pink Sheets because of the cost and time it takes to stay current on the big boards. This didn't make sense for the company while it was going through their period of relative inactivity. To be clear, though, the company has not been entirely inactive during the last two years and still has been doing business.
- Bill has already begun the process to remove the stop sign on Pink Sheets and intends to move up to Yield, etc...
- He could not give details on most things for legal reasons, but said the company is in the process of revamping its operations. They plan on issuing PR's in the future about its current operation and where they are going in the future. He seemed very positive about the company and its future.
- During the company's dormant stage, Bill was actually using his own personal money to keep the business alive. He is very confidant in what the company will be and sees a huge market for their product.”
