people want to know about shipley. is links to issues with him and bcle. my friend send to me. shipley get in trouble with SEC before, link to newspaper say they were investigating company for pump and dump on bcle, his history of buy companies, sell stock, reverse stock and then move to different stock. not look good at all. i wish i would have known long ago and save money. maybe selling get done soon.
