It was run up so they could short it right before the POR.
The extension kind of took the wind out of that sail.
Now that it is extended out it will happen again unless some news serves as a catalyst.
They'll let it run again, it's just a matter of when.
Not my theory, it was explained to me by somebody that has intimate knowledge of how these situations are manipulated.
