It has not been issued yet, until then no public will be allowed to buy it. Sorry for you loss but all your money that you put into LEARQ is gone, never to be seen from again. Take it as a lesson learned why not to blindly buy any Q stock without significant research. Some Q company's issue new stock to current holders some just change the ticker and the stock goes massively up and some just cancel outright.

Lear chose to cancel outright so any holders of LEARQ, ain't holders of anything anymore.
