I hope you realize that the term "shareholders of record" does not necessarily mean individual shareholders like our selves but most of the shares are held in bulk cert form by the brokerages.Like TDW would be 1 shareholder having several large blocks of shares from the DTC to distribute to individuals like our selves who trade through TDW.
500 shareholders of record would be a huge amount and I doubt they have any where near that imo
