Speaking of Dr Swift the below linked court document might shed some light on his current standing with our company...it is a cause for action against Swift filed by the creditor committee on behalf of the debtor...

lots of interesting details---and a very interesting email exchange between Dr Biggs and Burg near the end of this filing-Exhibit 11...
