Usually company founders who name a company after themselves own the majority of the company.

It doesn't matter what he did or did not put up, but you are completely missing the point, as usual.

If what you foolishly say is true, that 58 million shares got screwed in exchange for 809,000 shares, where's John's portion of that 809,000 shares? He was the majority owner of that 58 million so shouldn't he have been the majority receivver of the imaginery 1 to 70 reverse split that only exists as a figment of your imagination?

How come John didn't get any of those 809,000 shares?
