MDFI**Cohen Independent Research Report…

Below are some powerful MDFI highlights done in a 176 page investment research report in 2008 by The Cohen Independent Research Group. Cohen is supposed to be Wall Street’s #1 Independent Research Firm. The report reflects how MDFI is currently still on track for achieving the company’s current and projected milestones. Before reading the report though, I highly encourage you to view the videos below to see firsthand how MDFI will benefit us all:

The report reflected some very powerful Revenues projections that MDFI have been consistently filing before and after this report to reflect that they are on track for meeting these Revenues projections. Observe the chart below:

(From the Cohen Report)
The growth story is exciting. In 2009E, MedeFile should generate $4.67 million in top line revenues growing to an estimated $28.88 million by 2011. Between 2007 and 2011, Operating Margins are estimated to settle in at a healthy 77%. In 2009E, the Company should generate $3.95 million in Free Cash Flow, $3.51 million in Working Capital, $0.017 EPS while holding debt to only $3.15 million. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is currently providing and developing products and technologies targeted towards the high growth personal health record market. The Company’s integrated technology coupled with demand for storing and accessing PHRs and EMRs is expected to attract large organizations to provide its services for their employees, thus generating significant top line revenues, positive cash flow and growth in earnings per share.

Keep in mind, MDFI is a fully reporting OTCBB stock that files on a regular basis. Recently, they released that the company has generated fourteen consecutive quarters of negative Free Cash Flow. Free Cash Flow for the most recent quarter also reached a four year high. MDFI’s 12 months ending June 30, 2009 EBITDA reflected a 93% improvement over the comparable year earlier 12 months. MDFI’s EBITDA for the most recent twelve months also reached a two year high.

MDFI is quietly making money now and is about to seriously turn the corner in my opinion in their fundamental valuation for a new net worth.

Below is an important update that I received from speaking to one of the company’s representatives a few days ago that I think is worth reading again:

An Important MDFI Update for ALL…

I got in contact with a guy name Alex who is one of the company’s representatives. He told me that he is not as actively involved with the company Medefile as he was in the past because of doing other things, but he told me that he will become more active later sometime in the future. He told me that he is one of the guys that were speaking in one of their videos. Anyone can call Alex at 954-729-8888 during the week, but before you call, please read this “entire” post that is below to further assist you in knowing what it is that you are talking about.

Alex told me that the technology that MDFI has is unbelievable. I ask him why the company was not posting any kind of real Revenues if the technology was so unbelievable. He said that the public is very slow right now in catching on to how awesome this technology is and how everyone is probably going to be using this technology in the future.

He told me to go to the website below:
http://www.medefile.com/card/

Then he told me that their Revenues are “delayed” and that they should be having some pretty big numbers to announce in the near future from how he figured. This is when I asked him to explain to me what he meant by the word… delayed. He told me that they were giving the cards out for free to use their service for one year just to allow everyone the chance to see and understand how unbelievable and awesome this technology is. He thinks the technology/service is too advanced for people. He said this is the reason why they wanted to give it to consumers free. He said that people don’t get it just yet, but they will.

He said that if after one year the companies see that they want to use their technology, then they will pay a one-time installation fee of $14.95 to install the software. Then they will be charged a $19.95 fee per year per person. He believes that they have significant Revenues to announce because of the many years they have been working on implementing their program while ”delaying immediate Revenues” to allow their customers/clients to try it out for free for a year.

I figured out some numbers with using a few thousand people, but then he told me to not think thousands of people, but think millions of people. For starters, we then tossed around the number of 5 million people to start with. He told me to do the numbers if only a fraction of those people use their service after trying it out for a year. He told me to think in terms of millions of people and a number even greater than 5 million people using this technology/service that they have to offer because of the Government support that will be eventually enforcing the use of electronic medical records. He said that the enforcement by the Government is just a little slow, but the Government has been preparing this to be a major move for everyone in America in the near future.

Alex told me that MDFI have brought a lot of big deals to the table, but they would not give him any details as to what those deals are. He said that he is not an Officer or Director of the company so they kept all of that confidential from anyone knowing. Alex stated again that they have got to have some very nice Revenue numbers to announce very soon from his belief.

He told me that they have been in contact with the Government to be part of their major implementation of this program. He also said that they have been in contact many doctors, insurance companies, corporations, cancer foundation, aids foundation and many other potential customers. He said the potential is huge because everyone is going to have to see this and use this eventually.

Alex stated again that their technology is truly unbelievable. He told me that they have been working on their technology for over 10 years. He told me that their Technicians are outstanding and very well in tuned as to what they have been developing. He recommended I called the company to speak to their Technicians to let them explain more details to me about their technology. He told me that even if a company like IMB wanted to emulate their technology, it would take IBM 3 years with thousands of technicians to get to the level of where MDFI is with their technology now.

He told me that there are two packages that are offered. The Basic Package gets you the software, but you have to manually input your medical records into the system to populate the database. Because of how cheap the service already is, people will more than likely go with what is known as the Premium Package. With the Premium Package, the consumer calls their doctor to give permission and the rest is done electronically from there. Here’s how…

When you go in to see your doctor, your doctor sends your info to your insurance company. This is done through a fax. Alex kept stressing how incredible this technology is that Medefile has. He said that their technology pulls the info from the fax and physically puts it into the Medefile database. So, the sent fax automatically interfaces the Medefile database and immediately electronically updates your medical records within the Medefile service that you are paying only $19.95 per year.

To get the updates of your medical records, you would stick in your ”patented” Medefile thumb drive into a computer and upload your info on to it from the Medefile website. He told me that if you lose your thumb drive, there is no worry because the information is coded. Nobody except you will have access to your medical records information because it is on a secured site that is coded so that it’s only accessed through you utilizing your username and password. Also, he told me that no other thumb drive could be used to download your information on to either. You must use their “patented” thumb drive because there is a certain chip and code within the thumb drive that keeps your information secured and further enhances the safety of your information. These thumb drives are also waterproof.

I kept thinking why was he so sure that everyone was going to be using this technology in the future. So I went to further research why he believed such. Here’s what I found. There is a Government Mandate that all medical records must be electronically stored and save by the year 2014. Then on top of that, in 2015, providers of care that ”do not” adhere and comply with this Government Mandate to move to transition their medical records to electronic medical records will begin to have penalties applied to them. I also read through one of the many articles on this issue that all providers of care that “do” adhere and comply with this Government Mandate will be given certain rewards.

This is huge because the funding that will be allocated to support this Government initiative will be supported through the new legislation that’s called ”The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act” or the ARRA. See below:

http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h1/show
…The final (conference) version of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (H.R. 1) totals $787 billion in spending and tax cuts over the period of 2009-2019. …

http://www.nextgov.com/nextgov/ng_20090814_6118.php
…Doctors and hospitals are slated to receive up to $17 billion in stimulus funds to help pay for health information technology systems. …

The links above are not indicative that MDFI will be receiving the bulk of those funds, but from what I have recently learned. I think MDFI could be huge by just receiving a fraction of those funds. I am confident they will. Another positive attribute to consider about MDFI is that they seem to be much further along than what investors have been thinking as indicative of how low their share price still is. From what I have researched, MDFI is a true sleeper as they have no Convertible Debentures (CDs) and files regularly to trade on the OTCBB which is a huge plus in my opinion that justifies just how serious they are in implementing their business objectives.

They previously filed some S-8s, but they were for their Employee Incentive Plan. I think it’s fair that they used those shares to pay the ones who are growing the company. MDFI has something real to offer as a product/service that I think will reward all of their shareholders.

As you can see, MDFI is quietly making money and that the demand for what they have to offer as their product/service is huge and will be around for years to come. Read the article below to further understand why we all will need to have this technology in case of a medical accident or a medical emergency to know how one is to be treated in case of being allergic to something or not:
http://www.federaltimes.com/index.php?S=1771146

The above was much that greatly educated me on an issue that will eventually involve us all. I definitely think that think MDFI should be further researched by all. I see MDFI as an investment and not just a trade. MDFI should continue to mature.
