RULiquid, with MDFI...

Nice forum over here. If you don't mind, I think I'll hang out for a while. I don't post very often, but I will try to help share thoughts as deemed necessary from lurking.

The last stock we were in together that was at these levels was EVRM which had gone from .002 to .0585 per share. I'm still holding my EVRM and I think MDFI will be approaching those levels too.

With MDFI, I just updated the IBox. Also, I'll share some other posts I made earlier to help out jumpstarting those in DD-ing MDFI. There is also another post below that might be of some interest for those researching MDFI.

dale1953, hear me out on this...

Hear me out on this. There was a stock that I had privately mentioned to some people that had an OS in the hundreds of millions and an AS in the billions. It soon after I mentioned it to a few people had gone from the .035 to .04 per share area to .99 per share. Today that stock is still holding strong trading in the .45 to .50+ per share range. Heck, I thought I had a few more days to move some money around to buy some shares and it had already started its move without me. It didn’t matter because I was happy for those that got in. I just hated that I had a lot of ideas for the IBox that I never got around to doing. This stock I am referring to is an OTCBB stock.

There is another stock where I had stopped following because it had surpassed my valuation logic I posted of .009 per share to trade as high as .0219 per share. This stock was at .0003 per share before going to .0219 per share. This is another stock that I had told some people about not long ago. This stock has an OS of over 4.7 billion and an AS of 5 billion. Last I looked it was still holding up at .01 or higher. This stock I am referring to is a pink sheets stock.

Now those stocks didn’t move because of little old me. Heck, I was just fortunate to have been in the right places at the right times for knowing about those stocks. My point is that those stocks moved because of the ”potential” that was eventually made known to many investors or should I say the right investors that actually saw the ”potential” in what those stocks had to offer with their product, business and/or service.

Here with MDFI, the potential here is huge. Anyone taking the time to research MDFI deeply should very easily see this huge potential in my opinion. If not, then I believe that ”enough” investors will eventually see this ”potential” that I speak of here in MDFI. If not, then such is fine. Just like in those stocks I was referring to above. Everyone did not see the ”potential” in those stocks either, but those not seeing their ”potential” did not stop them from moving and moving big.

Keep in mind the OS is the key fundamental denominator that is used to asses fundamental valuation and not the AS. If this was a pink sheets stock, then I would be worried, but with MDFI being an OTCBB stock, I think we will be fine. To reiterate, the company has to warn us of any dilution by filing S-8 forms with the SEC since being on the OTCBB. That's a good thing. Their last S-8 was filed back in July 09. The S-8s were filed for Employee Incentive Plans. I think it’s very fair that they used those shares as salary to pay the ones who are growing the company. No better ones to give the shares to who I expect will hold at least until they see their business objectives mature. Again, I think it's not an issue. I think PLO4Life did a good job explaining such below:

The AS could be as such to implement a "poison pill" as what was previously mentioned in case of a hostile takeover attempt. It could be nothing more than a cushion that the company wanted to have in case they ever needed to utilize a certain amount of shares for leverage. This could be for acquisition purposes or even to convert any other debt into equity although I do believe that these upcoming filings are going to reveal that MDFI is debt free and profitable since their 93% increase within their previous financials filed that we talked about earlier that’s in the IBox now.

I think we are fine for the reasons posted above. MDFI should easily get to the pennies in my opinion once more investors research MDFI much more. Again, some just are not going to see the ”potential” just as some did not see the ”potential” in those others I mentioned above too. Some will wait until after even more that has already been confirmed is released as at such time to feel at peace for having what they see as more proof. These people just might have to pay a premium for MDFI shares versus the discount that we were willing to pay at these levels to take such risk because of what we already see. I think MDFI will transform into a very solid investment.
