I resent any inference that I called Kathy doing something "stupid". Kathy and I have done business and been friends for 15 years. She has been like a sister to me through allot over the years. She is one of the smartest, hardest working, sincere people I have even known. She has more integrity in her little pinky than most people in business have in their entire body.
She gave her heart, soul, health and finances to the companies over the last 15 years that I have known her. She always put shareholders interest well ahead of her own even to the point she ruined her own health. While we have not always seen eye to eye on some subjects, she never wavered from her commitment in her working in the best interest of shareholders.
Lajolla is a "unfortunate" part of the past. That is history now and we can all try to move forward. The only thing Kathy ever did wrong, in my opinion, is trust and entrust some people that did not have the companies best interest at heart.
As for "lawsuits" you are giving that way to much weight in life. Many lawyers are decent people. Several need to have their ears pinned to their a**es. We need to sell tags for lawyers like we do dear and elk and the world would be a better place. The crooked ones get theirs in due time. Like Kathy has said many times...don't poke a rattlesnake with a sharp stick or kick the sleeping bear!!
