Special Situation from the Intelligent Investor Report

Stellar Team Trumps Appalachian Giants as They Take
a Multi Million Dollar Coal-Producing Company Public!

My advice - Buy Americas Energy Company (TRET)
right now, before it soars to $11 a share!

Additional advice - Time is short if you want
to get in on this 10-bagger

Every once in awhile I run across a Cinderella story that makes early investors a ton of money... and this shapes up as one of the best.

I'm talking about a company that I'm telling all my readers to buy immediately, Americas Energy Company and its stock, (OTCBB: TRET), which is selling today for a measly $1.50 a share!

This company, which has been conservatively valued in the hundreds of millions, has just gone public with something I almost never see in an energy start up... energy production and lots of it!

In a moment I'll tell you just how much production we're talking about (it's huge), but first let me get you the back story.

Appalachia is best known for one thing and that is coal. That's why the world's largest coal producing companies, including Peabody Energy (BTU), Alpha Natural Resources (ANR), and Arch Coal (ACI) are deeply invested in Appalachia's coal producing regions.

That's not all. The coal that comes out of Appalachian mines is considered to be the best in the world. So much so that Appalachian coal fetches four times the money of Western coal and is the most in demand on international markets.

Obviously, with the kind of money that can be made in Appalachian coal, the big producers jealously fight for every ton of coal they can get from the region.

That's why it's so remarkable that a company like Americas Energy Company materializes out of nowhere! And not only did they materialize… they showed up in full fighting trim.

Check these numbers out and you'll see why I'm imploring my readers to "Buy TRET now!" In its first year of business, Americas Energy is projecting its coal production to hit $56.6 million! Second year: $108.9 million! These figures come straight from the company's unaudited pro forma sales projections posted on the company website. Early investors could make a fortune from this stock! Based on those figures from the company's pro formas, I'm estimating the real value of TRET shares is more like $5 a share, with $11 a share on the horizon! You cannot afford to miss opportunities like this!

A $5,000 investment in TRET could explode to $55,000 or more!

Americas Energy Company: Entering the market with production and profits!

When you think that the typical junior energy company makes a fortune for investors on the promise of production... Americas Energy Company is clearly a must buy.

In Bell County, Kentucky, Americas Energy landed a prime Appalachian coal mine hosting 21 million tons of high grade coal... that's $1.26 billion in coal... and the company's pro forma projects this site will be generating $4.3 million a month in revenues just getting started!

After it reaches full production, this mine should settle in to produce around $4 million a month in profit.

That's more than enough to drive TRET shares past $5!

In Bledsoe County, Tennessee, Americas Energy has contracted to extract another $274 million in coal resources, which according to pro forma projections could generate another $36 million a year in revenues at full production. What's more, they have development potential adjacent to this site for another 8 million tons of coal, worth up to $48 million!

And I'm not done! Not showing up in the multi million dollar valuation is this whopper of a deal:

Americas Energy is working to close on a mother lode of coal, 341 million tons! That's $20.46 billion in coal... enough to keep this company churning out mega-profits for the next 50 years!

Then there's the Reliford oil project in Cumberland County, Kentucky.

Americas Energy just acquired 1,700 acres of "high probability" oil and natural gas property which include 5 working wells that with modernization, are projected to produce up to 50 barrels a day. On top of that, the company has set out plans to drill one well per month on the property for a total of 100 wells over the course of the property's development plan!

Again, these guys are not just exploring... they're producing and developing... that's a huge difference for a junior energy.

You get the value of a producer... for the price of a junior!

A dollar a share is peanuts for a stock with this kind of potential.

I could go on at length about this company's prospects for generating revenue and profits for its investors. Let me restate the key point of this report:

Buy TRET shares right now!
Buy as much as you can and get ready for the profits to fly!
$3 a share near term.
$5 a share mid term
$11 a share for investors who hold.

I have never seen a junior energy company come out of the gate with anything approaching the kind of numbers I'm seeing for TRET.

You do not want to miss this and I don't want you to come in too late.

“Coal-fired electric generating plants are the cornerstone of America's central power system.”
U.S. Department of Energy

Why Coal... Why Now

Without coal, half of America's electrical grid would shut down. And despite popular calls for alternatives, nothing will replace coal in any meaningful way for the production of electricity.

According to the U.S. Department of Energy's Energy Information Administration (EIA), North America's consumption of coal over the next two decades will increase by 21% and globally, demand for coal will increase nearly 50%!

Coal Facts:

Coal is America's most abundant energy resource, enough to meet power needs for 250 years.

Appalachia produces the highest quality coal in the world and commands the highest price both domestically and internationally.

America's long term energy policy is bullish on coal with $2.4 billion committed to new coal-use research.

Coal has produced three-times the profits on Wall Street of oil, natural gas, and alternative energy.

U.S. Air Force has made it a policy that half its air fleet will be flying on coal-based jet fuel by 2015.

Key Players in
Appalachian Coal

Americas Energy Company Appalachian neighbors are the largest coal producers in America. These include:

Peabody Energy (BTU)
Market cap: $8.95B

Arch Coal (ACI)
Market cap: $2.85B

Alpha Natural Resources (ANR)
Market cap: $2.47B

Massey Energy (MEE)
Market cap: $2.36B

Patriot Coal (PCX)
Market cap: $804M

James River Coal Company (JRCC)
Market cap: $437M

Americas Energy
Company (TRET)
First Target: $5
Second Target: $11
Recommendation:
Buy and Hold

And in 2009, we've already had many big winners, including Jayhawk Energy (JYHK) up 215%... Freeport McMoran (FCX) up 51.92% ... Goldcorp (GG) up 46.10% ... and Natco Group (NTG) up 61.65%.

I'm also a financial editor for NewsMax.com, with over 1.5 million monthly readers, and the author of over 40 books and Special Reports, including three national best sellers on investing, terrorism and politics.

I tell you all this not to impress, but to make it clear that when I strongly recommend a stock, the chances of it doing well are excellent. You can invest in confidence in Americas Energy Company (TRET) knowing it could be my next big winner!

But don't wait too long to invest. A stock with fundamentals as rich as this does not escape the attention of investors searching for their next big wins. I expect Wall Street to be all over this once Americas Energy Company starts making real progress on their production and profit picture.

What's more, I'm not the only analyst to have spotted Americas Energy. That multi million valuation I mentioned previously came from an independent source. I strongly recommend that you make your move now, while the share prices are so low and hold on to your shares for at least 12 months.

The serious profits... like the 11-fold gain I'm forecasting on the horizon, could be made only if you move on TRET now.

Yours for Profitable Investing,

Jarret Wollstein, Editor
