Thank you everyone for a great job of posting all the DD. Remarkable search and sharing. I have been watching CXAC for about a month now and heard about it on another board where after the initial info was posted, it was thereafter ignored. Over the course of the past month, I have been very surprised at the lack of exposure on other boards. IMO, the shareholder letter, as opposed to the press release, is a true gift from Jorge. IMO he is giving us time to get our finances in order to allow us to purchase as many shares of CXAC as possible at never to be seen again prices. I initially bought shares, convinced family members to buy shares, and have finally rounded up enough $$ to purchase more shares next week. Personally, I am thrilled that the commercial was pushed back to enable others like me to scramble and buy in at the last minute. I am as excited as the rest of you on this thread! GO CXAC! However, with that being said, I have one small concern, and that is about the reverse split. I have read everything I can get my hands on regarding this matter. I KNOW Jorge will take care of his shareholders, but we all know he has to do what is best for the company. He has said repeatedly that he would not consider it this year, and I believe him. Even in his on-air interview highlighted in the Investment Nation DD posted by cajari though, he said after being questioned about the chance of a buyback of stock once profitable that they were going to take a serious look at it. His comments: “Yes, we will take a strong look at it”. I am still very new to all of this. If there is a r/s, does anyone on this thread have any knowledge as to what this may mean to the stockholders? I’ve never known anyone involved in a r/s to come out of it unscathed. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I assume if Jorge continues to be as transparent as possible, we will have an inkling ahead of time, but I just don’t understand r/s enough to know what happens to the stockholders in the end. I’d hate to get the share price up there, hang on for the long haul and then get burned. Thanks for any enlightenment. GO CXAC!
