meeting was a major success!!!
all proposalas were approved by a major landslide. shows shareholders have major confidence in new plans.

1.5 billion shares outstanding --- before meeting, was told around 1 billion --- could there be that many shares nakedly short ??? THINK ABOUT THAT !!! for every share nakedly short, someone owns a share. if a naked short sells a share, someone buys it - and becomes a shareholder !!!!

LET'S GET TO THE NUMBER 1 ISSUE FOR NOW - the dtcc "chill". spoke w. peter, john, brian (grombeck - financial consultant with company --- very very very sharp), and mr. grayson - the sec lawyer for company. seems they are close to a deal with dtcc. problem involves 168 million unregistered shares - 50 million are still held by signature leisure - the other 118 million sold on the market "illegally". so if ipwg is willing to take 168 million shares out of circulation - either by retiring them, or restriciting them, dtcc should have no further problems. hoping to get resolution of problem by end of next week.

'NEW INFO" coming out of the meeting:

1) mexico - it's not new, but it's where the next wte plants will be built by ipwg. $375 million from ifi sri - 108 million for poland = 267 million left for additional projects. once money is in bank, expect announcement re: mexico and two wte plants (assumption based onmmoney available). spoke with jose garcia at lunch. they are looking at a possible 8 sites in mexico overall.

2) expect to come off pink sheets by dec. 1st. accounts are back at work updating financials and expect to have everything in order before dec 1st. initially, get back on bulletin board. but eventually hope to make it back to nasdaq small caps or nyse.

3) will be generating revenue before the end of the year. from consulting/management fees (15+%) on new projects. also, may be getting revenue from projects - storing waste until plants are up and running

4) grayson quote: IPWG IS NOT A PARTY TO THIS LAWSUIT (SEC COMPLAINT). IPWG CARRIED OUT A TRANSACTION w. DEFENDANT SIGNATURE LEISURE. not new info - but confirms on the record that ipwg did nothing wrong.

5) NaREC deal is ALIVE and well. developing a commercial size addpower unit. hope it will be ready for sale by xmas. strand and maquire are back in the fold, and expected to be involved with poland wte project. they have multiple orders logged in once units are available.

new italian bod not at meeting. doesn't speak english.

peter plans on maintaining an information blackout - as much as possible. everytime they put out great news, stock goes down. proof of manipulation.
