POPT - DD recap and likely scenario in my opinion: POPT is a corporate shell at this point. CEO is Ari Bass who is well known for Reverse Merging his shells. Recent example, he took SLVO/MEDT from .0006 to .14.
POPT Authorized Shares - 800 Million.
Lets do a little scenario/math here: A 10-20 million dollar company merging into a shell with this share structure is very common. I have seen larger companies do it before but lets use a 15 million dollar company since that is what the norm is given this situation. First off, the Outstanding share count is not at 800 million but for our calculations, I am going to use the max OS that is even possible with 800 million authorized. So, when the $15,000,000 company merges into POPT, in order to have a market cap of $15,000,000 given 800 million OS, the share price would be .0188. Most publicly traded companies will trade at a market cap of 2-3 times that of their current value. Lets just go with 2x to be conservative, gives a share price of .0376 - about a 2,800 percent gain from today's close of .0013. Having $5,000 in at .0013 turns into $140,000. Call me crazy all you want, I have been doing this for xx years and have been part of hundreds of these. Sell on these little pops without news if you want, you can make some good money trading. Just realize though that when the news hits, this will instantly be over .01 IMO. Personally, I am holding and accumulating. I have done this enough times to understand the way to really profit. All my opinion of course.
