O Father Lord, guide our thoughts and our words -
it is not that we lack subjects for meditation -
the contrary, we are crushed with the weight of them -
how many are Your mercies, Father God -
Mercies yesterday and today -
at every moment of our life -
from before our birth -
from before time itself began -
how good You are to us -
we are overwhelmed by Your Blessings -
now tell us what You want of us -
how You expect us to serve You -
create in our thoughts, words and actions -
that which shall give true Glory to You -
thank for water o bread to all -
God Bless us -
